Given the previous topic regarding Buzzards and ravens nesting in Folly Wood there are also numerous Badger Sett's within the woodland as well, these would need to be disturbed to enable the quarry to work as most are within the main seams of sand and gravel.

Hope this adds extra environmental arguement?  Also how about Wood Mice?


I also have a few more ideas of environmental impact that this quarry could possibly cause if anyone is interested in hearing/reading them all?

Just a note of caution about publicising the badgers - be vague in the least as there are those with spades and terriers out there too!  No specific locations please
